The Power of the People is stronger than the People in Power.

This is what i wrote sometime back and didn't publish then.


As we know the world is evolving in all directions, we can see the advent of printing press, electricty, computers, telecommunications, Internet, open source softwares and many more thing which are responsible to take us into completely new dimensions which our ancestors haven't even dreamt of.
But the political system stopped to evolve much as it should be and i would say it almost stagnated. Allover the world we got stuck with the idea of Democracy which is not the best form. The world is being "Institutionalized" under the pretext of this Democracy. This is not a fair system and within itself it can be evolved.
The way it is working today has put the whole of humanity powerless. I will explain state of Democracy in our country "INDIA". Its run by political parties and their masters. There are almost 2 National level political party and almost twice numbers in regional (state) level parties.
They say the voters decide the future of the country, but the fact is that a handful of Politicians heading the party decide the future of the country. Voters are left with 3 or 4 choices of candidates to vote in their respective constituency, which is being fielded by their respective parties.
Here is a simple Maths: Example Maharashtra.
Total Seats: (288).

NCP 71 seats 24.65%,
Congress 69 seats 23.95%,

BJP 54 seats 18.75%,
Shiv Sena 62 seats 21.53%,

Independents 19 seats 6.61% &
Other 7 Parties 13 seats 4.51%.

Here we can see that just 2 National party & 2 regional party almost completely takeover (hijack) the state. In each party there is a committee of average 6 people responsible to give TICKETS which is a closed door event and non transparent. This means, 6 X 4 = 24 people decide the future of the state of Maharashtra and this is true for all other states in India. How can be a Democracy be true in its spirit if just 24 people from four different parties decide ?
What is the alternative to this ?
Can they bring transparency in giving Tickets ?
Can they even think about it ?
We all know what are the real qualification/criteria to obtain Tickets to fight elections.
How can we solve this problem ? or at least start thinking about the problem & its solutions.
The fact is majority of people even doesn't know that the problem exist !!!
How can they even think about the solutions ?
Unless we get rid of these kind of controlled setup and have a mindset that its not a dynasty its a democracacy then only we can create a new India
